Reservation and Payments
A deposit of $200 per person is payable at the time of reservation. Balance of tour fare is payable 12 weeks prior to departure.

Cancellations
Note that the rules relating to air tickets apply.

Tours
(a) If you cancel prior to departure a charge of $200.00 will be made.

(b) A cancellation after ticket is issued will incur a $1,000 fee.

(c) No refunds can be made after travel commences.

Packages
Cancellations after ticket is issued will incur a $1,000 fee.

Hotels
Cancellation fees vary according to the circumstances and are at the discretion of Price Travel Services.

Amendments
Each change requested after the initial reservation will incur a fee of $50.

Insurance
You must insure yourself against loss resulting from cancellation and the normal travel risks. Insurance can be written on your behalf or you may arrange your own.

We strongly recommend all clients to take out comprehensive travel insurance. For our tours we require that all clients are covered for health and travel risks.

Documentation
Australian passport holders do not require a visa for holiday stays up to 90 days. Price Travel Service accepts no responsibility for any losses or additional expenses incurred as a result of a passenger for not holding the necessary valid passport or visa.

Itinerary
We will consider alterations or additions to the Package or Tour Itinerary but no refunds will be made for unused tickets, tours or accommodation.

Extensions
Available on all packages and tours. Please request a quotation before reservation. Alterations after booking incur a $50 amendment fee.

Air Transportation
Economy class travel on JAPAN AIRLINES OR QANTAS AIRWAYS or any other IATA or non-IATA Carrier. Their terms and conditions for carriage of passengers are set out on the airline ticket. Tickets are issued to and accepted by the passenger subject to the regulations and conditions appearing thereon.

Disclaimer
QANTAS Airways Limited (incorporated in Queensland) does not by virtue of its endorsement of this web site represent itself either as contracting with any purchaser of a holiday from or as having any other legal relationship with any such purchaser.

Late Booking Fee
Bookings made within 10 Days of required date attract a fee of $30.00. Bookings made within 7 Days of departure wll only be accepted if Price Travel receives full payment at the time of reservation.

Tour and Package Costs
Costs are expressed in Australian Dollars based on foreign exchange rates current at 02/02/09. These are subject to alteration should there be any fluctuation in the rate of exchange. Prices may be altered with or without notice at any time.

Not Included
Airport departure taxes, meals, costs or passports, excess baggage charges.

Responsibility
PRICE TRAVEL SERVICES Pty Ltd acts only as a booking agent in the making or all arrangements for transportation, hotel accommodation and sightseeing for this tour program. In accepting the travel documents and tickets for this tour, you agree that neither PRICE TRAVEL SERVICES Pty Ltd nor any representatives or any other firms supplying services shall be liable for any injury, loss or accidental expenses to you or your belongings arising directly or indirectly from changes in itinerary or transportation, weather, strikes, sickness, quarantine, war or any other causes. Travel documents are your responsibility and all losses or expenses must be borne by you.

Baggage Allowance
Free baggage allowance 20KG. Transportation of one large suitcase within Japan on escorted tours.

Possible Changes
PRICE TRAVEL SERVICES Pty Ltd reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary if necessary.
